ADVISORY REGARDING HOTEL RESERVATIONS:
We have been alerted by our exhibitors that they have been contacted by a Convention Housing Company offering lower hotel rates in Washington, D.C. and in some cases stating that our hotel block is sold out, which is not the case.

This company is not authorized by Ecobuild America’s Show Management, nor our Washington DC hotel partner. These companies may not be providing accurate information in order to get your business or deceive you. Buyer beware, the safest means to make your hotel reservation is through our website and secure hotel link. We urge you not to give your credit card information to any company that contacts you about housing.

For International Travelers

The Renaissance Hotel is the accommodation of choice for all event attendees. Just a half-block walk to the Convention Center, the Renaissance is most convenient to our Conferences and Exhibition. The Renaissance Hotel is just 3 minutes from Union Station, conveniently near the Metro, and located between the White House and the Capitol Building. The hotel is offering discounted rates before and after our event so everyone can extend their stays and see the sights, some of which will be decorated for the holidays! We have reserved a limited number of rooms at the Renaissance Hotel at the discounted rate of $249. Make sure to identify yourself as an attendee at the Ecobuild America conference when you reserve your room as rates cannot be changed after arrival for guests who fail to identify their affiliation at reservation time. The hotel is expected to sell out and we cannot extend the discount past November 11, 2012.
