Ecobuild America 2010 Speaker Confirmation Update - Please Read
Confirmations were sent out by email on July 13, 2010 to all approved Ecobuild America speakers. The email confirmation included a link to the Speaker’s Portal. Once in the Portal, individual speakers can update their contact information, upload a photo, bio or their presentation, as well as enter information about their AV requirements and download VIP passes to send out to clients and colleagues. The deadline for speaker confirmation is July 27, 2010.
Ecobuild America 2011 Speaker Selection
We will be posting the link for the Proposal Submissions page later this year, but in the meantime here are the Ecobuild America 2011 Speaker Guidelines. By submitting a proposal, speakers agree to all terms and conditions below.

We are interested in receiving topics that feature real-world, solutions-based case studies and/or management discussions. Speakers will submit proposals for presentations with topics that fit the four conference tracks:

Building Information Modeling ( BIM ) & Information Technology

Building Performance & Energy Efficiency
-
Green Building & Sustainable Design
-
Sustainable Sites & Infrastructure

Session content promoting vendor products and/or services will NOT be considered. There are several educational areas on the exhibit floor where vendors may present. Please contact .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address), 610-444-9692 for more information.

Speakers will be chosen and confirmed only by AEC Science & Technology, LLC, Producer of Ecobuild America. If your proposal is accepted, you will be notified via email by May 30, 2011. To ensure receipt be sure to set .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) as a safe sender.

Speakers may NOT invite co-presenters without the written approval and confirmation of AEC Science & Technology, LLC.

Speakers will be provided with a complimentary three-day passport ($595 value) to the Ecobuild America and National Institute of Building Sciences conference sessions (does not include admission to co-located events run by other organizations at the Convention Center.)

Expenses such as hotel accommodations, travel, per diem or honorariums are not covered or paid by AEC Science & Technology, LLC.

Speakers agree to have their session(s) recorded and videotaped. Selected sessions and presentations will then be made available on the AEC Science & Technology online community.

Speakers will upload their presentations to the Speaker Portal by November 30, 2011. If not able to upload for technical or other reasons, speakers agree to inform Ecobuild America by phone or email no later than November 19, 2011.

All meeting rooms will be equipped with a data projector, screen and microphone. Any other AV equipment, or Internet service must be requested by presenters either by phone, email or information included in the Speaker Portal prior to September 15, 2011.

Once conference program with speakers is selected, no speaker substitutions, additions or changes may be made without prior written consent of AEC ST. If a registered attendee is asked and agrees to step in as a substitute speaker, co-presenter or panelist, no registration fees will be refunded.
