Ecobuild America is the premier conference and exhibition for Sustainable, Green and High Performance Solutions for the Built Environment. It is Produced by AEC Science & Technology.

We are seeking volunteers to work as Room Monitors and Greeters in exchange for complimentary conference registration.

Work 8 hours --- Earn a FREE Passport Registration ($595 value)

To make it more attractive to volunteers, we allow you to select the sessions that you would like to work and assign them on a first-come, first-serve basis.

We only need ONE ROOM MONITOR PER SESSION, so be sure you get your preference in soon!

Responsibilities of Room Monitor volunteers:

• Monitor entire session from rear of room
• Check attendee badges to make sure they are in correct session
• Count the number of attendees who have come to that session
• In event of an AV malfunction, alert the technician (in hallway near meeting rooms)
• You will be given a hand held device to scan attendee name tags as they enter and leave session.
