Key Buyer Program


Enroll your best customers and prospects in our Key Buyer Program and show them you value their business. Not only do your customers get VIP treatment at the show, but they also learn valuable information that can help improve their business from our conference program. Best of all, they know your invitation made that possible. The Key Buyer Program is an excellent way to solidify your relationship and business opportunities with those customers who have the greatest potential. 


Highlights of the program include:

  • A free registration for the conference program. They may attend any of the Ecobuild America seminars or panel sessions.
     
  • A special invitation notification from us that you provided this valuable benefit.
     

How it works:

  • Each exhibitor is permitted (2) two Key Buyers for the first 100 square feet of booth space plus one for each additional 100 square feet, up to a maximum of 12. For example, a 20 x 30 booth is 600 square feet and would be allowed: 2 plus 5 x 1 or 7 Key Buyers total.
     
  • Add your Key Buyers in your personalize exhibitor portal. View, sort and organize all their contact info at your finger tips.
     

Here are the conditions:

  • Each Key Buyer must be an actual “end user” customer for your product or service. You may not use this program for your own staff or for your dealers.
     
  • Not included in the free registration is any Concurrent Conference nor any travel/hotel expenses.
