Inviting your Customers via the Portal: VIP tickets are available electronically through the portal. Simply click the link "VIP Passes" under Portal Options on the left after you login. You can send these invitations in three different ways: Print this page, Email this page to one customer, or Upload a list of email addresses.

We encourage you to promote your participation as much as possible as this is another opportunity to make sure you are generating qualified leads prior to your arrival on site.

Here are some more ideas for distributing your discount code:
• Add a note below your signature with the Ecobuild America Logo which you can download here, http://aececobuild.com/press-media/download-graphics/
• Add it to your company website
• Send a personal email invitation with the direct link to register
• Publish it in your company newsletter
• Send it to your LinkedIn connections, LinkedIn Groups or any association committees in which you are a member
• Prepare a press release to alert and invite the media about what you are doing (we can help you with any event related content)
• If you write a column to a magazine, mention your exhibiting

Hotel Reservations: 
The Renaissance Hotel is the accommodation of choice for all event attendees. Just a half-block walk to the Convention Center, the Renaissance is most convenient to our Conferences and Exhibition. Hotels in Washington are expected to sell out quickly for December. The discounted rate for Ecobuild America $249 (single/double) plus tax. Exhibitor Manual:
The exhibitor manual will be live in August 2012. You will have received an email from Hargrove Services with instructions to access the manual. The manual will be accessible through the exhibitor portal. Please note on the exhibitor manual link will be the show code. You need the show code to enter the manual once you are on the Hargrove site. 

How do I use my allotments?
Allotment numbers are listed in your individual portal, this is the maximum you are given for each item. Once in the portal, click the “+” to open the registration page for that allotment.

EC: Exhibitor Conference Pass (Payment Required)
If you exceed the number of complimentary passes given to you as an exhibitor, you can register for more conference passes using your discounted price (all exhibitors are discounted the same).

EX: Exhibitor (Booth Staff)
Registration for your booth staff that allows them in the exhibit hall and keynotes only. 
Exhibitor badges will not be mailed. Each exhibitor registered will receive an e-mail confirmation. Please print the confirmation and present it onsite to have your badge(s) printed.

EXCN: Exhibitor Complimentary Conference Pass
You are entitled to the allotted free 3 day passports for your company employees which include admission to the exhibit hall, keynotes, and all Ecobuild America conference programs for the day(s) registered. Luncheon and Reception tickets are not included but can be purchased separately. Although the admission is free, you must register for all conference programs prior to the conference date.

KB: Key Buyers (For Your Customers)
You are entitled to the allotted free 3 day passports for your customers and clients, which include admission to the exhibit hall, keynotes, and all Ecobuild America conference programs for the day(s) registered. Luncheon and Reception tickets are not included but can be purchased separately. Although the admission is free, you must register for all conference programs prior to the conference date. Registration List:
After you have registered your staff or Passport recipients, you can download the list from our portal. This list will be for your records to keep track of who has been registered. This excel file is NOT for uploading registrations, only for your record of receipt.

Registration Receipt:
As an exhibitor, you are allotted a certain amount of free conference passports. If you exceed that amount, you are entitled to discounted passports. This receipt link is for when you register recipients through the portal and a payment is involved. More about allotments are explained above.
