International & VIP Networking Reception Co-Sponsorship / $1000

Join hundreds of the events best attendees at the annual Tuesday evening 5 - 6:30 p.m. reception. You’ll get 5 free tickets for your staff or clients, your company logo on the website and signage, and a place to layout your company brochures.

Happy Hour Reception Co-Sponsorship / $1000

You will get a block of 20 extra drink tickets for the beer/wine and light snack party on the expo floor Wednesday from 4 - 5 p.m., your company logo on the website and signage.

Exhibit Coffee Break Co-Sponsorship/ $500

The coffee/beverage break will be given to all attendees Thursday morning at 10-11am to drive traffic to the show and you will gain their thanks for your generosity.

Tote Bags / $5,000(Plus production costs)

Everyone needs a bag to hold literature while at a tradeshow. Your company will have the exclusive right to distribute tote bags at the show’s entrance. We will provide the show logo to print on one side of the bag while you feature your sales message on the other. Your company may also insert its own literature inside each piece. Show management does require approval of all text and content in the bags.

Freestanding Billboards / Single Sided $3,000 Double Sided $4,000

Freestanding signs offer you the chance to put your corporate message in multiple locations around the show floor or conference area. Strategically placed in heavy traffic areas, they can increase awareness of your company and direct attendees to your booth.

Banner in the Exhibit Hall or Public Space / $4,000

A banner is a perfect way for you to develop some corporate branding within the sustainable building, BIM and information technology marketplaces. Banners are visible from just about anywhere in the exhibit hall or in select public space locations.

Name Badge Lanyard / $5,000(Plus production costs)

Everyone wears a name-badge all week. Display your logo on every attendee by sponsoring the show lanyard.

Exhibit Hall Aisle Banner / $3,000

Your logo and booth number will receive attention hanging below an aisle sign.
