Within the process industry the ISO 15926 is the standard of record but this standard is used within the general building industry. The purpose of the Equipment Layout Information Exchange (ELie) is to provide and interface between the IFC model and the ISO 15926 standard to enable the interoperable exchange of equipment layout from both the physical and logical points of view. The draft Model View Definition for this information exchange will be introduced along with demonstrations of software implementing ELie. |
