Construction Operations Building Information Exchange 2 (COBie2) International Certification Result and Challenge

'Construction Operations Building information exchange (COBie) will showcase the impact that a common data standard for the handover of facility information is having in practice. Vendors of design tools including Bentley, Autodesk, Onuma, Noskyo, Graphisoft, DDS and others will be challenged to show live how their products are used to produce the COBie standard spreadsheet, now in use in the USA, Germany and the UK. Construction and Asset management application vendors including Tokmo, Granlund and TMA systems will show live how COBie can impact on facility management and the value of the asset to owner and operators.
